Company doesn't care about their employees. Management style is reactive. The job is not secure. They cut down more than 50% of customer service crew due to budget crisis. Lots of micromanangement and heavy workload. They always kept agents from breaks and lunch breaks for heavy call volume and forced overtime. Avoid it for your mental peace. One would probably earn a dollar more here than other call centers but trust me it is not worth the mental and physical stress. You would probably start hating this job as soon as you join the phone queues here.
