Cons
Where to start: it's run by kids in their mid 20's who have no idea how to manage people or communicate. For a sales organization, they're one of the most disorganized groups of people I have ever met. This is a startup, and that means disorganization to some degree, but this is off the hook. The left hand has no idea what right hand is doing.
They pay like crap and promise things they cannot deliver (like great commissions, etc). There is no company culture to speak of. It's work hard, and never hard enough.
