Pros

Depending on the department you work for, your leadership will always have your back and look out for your best interest. They emphasize a work-life balance and offer some of the best benefits in town! I enjoy my work, my coworkers, and my company.

Cons

At the end of 2017, they announced that thousands of people would be moving from Exempt (meaning salaried employees) to Non-Exempt (meaning hourly). This was communicated in probably the least professional manner humanly possible (in an email, on a Friday evening, during a 3 day weekend). This lead to huge benefits cuts, as PTO and life insurance is directly tied to Exempt/Non-Exempt Status. They liked to play this off as "well not you GET to work overtime!" but...rarely if ever offered overtime to most employees, and you will receive an "occurrence" if you work overtime unauthorized, even if it is by mistake. I can't even get mad at my leaders over this, because not even they were told about this change with enough notice, it was strictly a C-level decision.
