There’s a strong sense of purpose around making homes greener and more efficient, which makes the work feel meaningful. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a real effort to listen to feedback and improve ways of working. The culture strikes a good balance between being ambitious and supportive — you’re trusted to own your work, but you’re never left without help. There are lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on responsibility, especially if you’re proactive.
