Pros

- Communication - Management - Administrative supervisor Having worked at Homeyer for almost a year now, I really enjoy working here, mostly because of my coworkers! We're a hard-working team who get along well and are able to joke around while still getting our work done. It's a fast-paced environment, but expectations are made clear from day one. The training I received was very thorough and you are able to go at your own pace. The supervisor is very accommodating and always willing to help no matter the problem! So long as you communicate what you are having trouble with, help will always be offered and given! Holidays are a lot of fun. We do secret Santa for Christmas, and Bob Homeyer is nice/generous enough to let employees choose between a free turkey/ham for Thanksgiving! We also do Admin movie nights regularly (amongst other events). It's sad that the majority of the previous reviews aren't true and were written by those that constantly tried to put others down and did nothing but go on their phones texting all day. Luckily that's no longer the case!

Cons

We're often really busy so it gets a little hectic, but everyone always pulls together to get everything done as quickly as possible!

Pros

Fun, educational, great benefits, kind employees, extremely nice CEO and very understanding boss. Boss gives a constant opportunity to express concerns and will check up on you in a timely manner. Grateful to have this opportunity. Love the work and social aspects of the job.

Cons

I can’t even think of any to be honest. Some may not like the constant traveling but I like it

Pros

Close commute, and comfortable parking, and that's it.

Cons

$19 no raise and with a promise to become a back checker more work and little pay, an hour and shortage of staff, and all the overflow of work and attitude from the current supervisor gets thrown at employees, at least in the department I was working in. I cant speak for the others. Awful traffic at night and everyone gets out at 5pm, Also it's a 36.5 work week instead of a 40.
