Pros
Nice office and good employees. Company sold out to to private equity and is doing all the things to make the business sellable, so the business does look an appealing opportunity to new staff..
Cons
Expectation to consistently cover shortfall on their understaffing issues/high staff turnover with no additional benefit or even gratitude. Account executives will do the work of client managers for months and still not be considered for promotion… also a massive boys club that is driven by the CEO and some managers. You will do well here if you are a good looking private school boy, and will most likely get the promotions without even having to do the extra work.
