3.Force provider to work around recruiter to obtain shifts from the site directly.
4.Acknowledge that the recruiter is sub par and terminate the individual but enforces the contract that was obtained through deceit at the expense of their provider.
As a physician I would recommend to stay clear of this company. Actively lie and give misinformation to place physicians in contracts. The management is unethical and has no problems acknowledging that a wrong doing occurred from one of their recruiters, but will do nothing to rectify the situation. In fact, the management penalizes the physicians for misdeeds done by their employees. It would be better to contact each site they represent directly rather than use their services.
