      Start work at 6 a.m., get off around 2 p.m. Health and dental care after 3 month probationary period.

      Cons

      Manager at the shop was very critical, and felt he held a personal Grudge. Also did not recognize hard, back-breaking labor and did not allow for more responsibilities

      Flexible Time Good Benefits Great People Beautiful Golf Courses Good Members Good Work Life Balance for Most Employees

      Honours Golf was acquired by Troon about 3 years ago and they are becoming more corporate than they were before. Raises are almost non-existent... Occasionally, you will get a 2.5-3% raise, but it's not every year.
