Encouraging work environment where everyone was judgement free and helped each other become the best they could be. Training was good, it was always busy and customer's were mostly very satisfied. All the staff was friendly and my coworkers were so amazing to work with. I had to move and wish I could find a restaurant like that near me. I'm still searching--they set the bar high.
