Pros

Flexible, one on one care. The boss really advocates for patients and supports her employees too. Good pay and the benefits look great but I don’t need them. The cans bonus is always a plus. Hardly any call ins in the last three years.

Cons

Should be in other locations. Need more staff so they can grow
