Pros
The pay was very good, great amount of tips. Other staff generally good and easy to get on with. Team work atmosphere most of the time
Cons
The owner Rachael Moss was abusive and erratic. She would treat employees with no respect. Often imitating anyone foreign or refusing to speak to them as she said they couldn't understand her. She used her position to bully and belittle staff to the point of them quitting or having breakdowns.
