-The client's are great and you get to help people in DV situations - Learn a lot about the DV Field

Cons

- Horrible management. The rules for client's are subjective depending upon whether the management likes them or not. - Management doesn't care if you work 16 hours in a row if you are on call - Staff and management are toxic and will make you not want to work in this field.
