The work and mission are incredible, but the agency has tried to grow too quickly in the last few years. - Anonymous employee HopeHealth Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits, flexibility with schedule, good hourly rate/salary, CEO friendly and involved, mileage reimbursement, quality employees, excellent reputation in community, inpatient unit available for patients (only one in the state)

Cons

Too much overtime, extensive charting requirements that often bleeds into personal life, extensive driving time, on-call system desperately needs fixing, nursing-centered agency, high employee turnover, minimal supports in place to support staff for the type of work that’s being done. The communication also needs to be worked on, with more SOPs to help minimize confusion of expectations across teams throughout the state.

Pros

Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

Cons

Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

Pros

Great team work and wonderfully dedicated field workers.

Cons

A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
