Horrible Experience - BCBA Hopelight Behavioral Health Employee Review

BCBA Trainee candidates given a lot of opportunities to learn.

Where to even start, I’ll just list it: -clear favorites, people who go to the church -work life balance did not exist at all -I went to an ethics course for school and was chastised for doing so because I wasn’t there -supervisor did not care about me as a person -was given a caseload of 14 kids as an uncertified BCBA trainee -supervisor was owner, a BCBA with a caseload, and was out of office for a quarter of the time I was there-but then would chastise me about taking a vacation or continuing my education. -I was offered no assistance in studying for my exam or for my classes and was expected to do work without complaining. -way too much was expected of the BCBA’s in general -no room for ideas from employees -felt as though I was being watched on a constant basis
