Some of the coworkers were great — supportive and friendly — and certain teams made an effort to organize fun activities that helped break the tension from time to time.
Cons
Working here was disappointing. The pay is low compared to similar roles, and the workload doesn’t match the compensation. The atmosphere is tense — people are constantly stressed, and collaboration is minimal.
Management is unpredictable. Whether your day goes smoothly or not depends entirely on your boss’s mood, which can change without warning. It creates an unstable and demotivating environment.
On top of that, there’s no clear path for career growth. Promotions are rare, and there's little to no investment in employee development. If you’re looking to advance your career, this isn’t the place.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone looking for fair pay, a healthy work culture, or real opportunities for advancement.
