Pros
The people. Working at hoppa has been amazing because of the wonderful people I've had the pleasure of working alongside. I've learned so much in my time here. You need to be a self starter and be willing to get stuck in. Due to the size of the company you will be exposed to so many different departments and management levels, something that is invaluable when it comes to developing professionally. You're given free reign to do well and perform. You're hired for knowing your area of work and are there to make a difference, if you know your stuff and want to achieve you can do well here. Breakfast, fruit, a cool office, a ping pong table, laid back environment and HR benefits like perks and time off top it off.
Cons
It's not a company without it's struggles. Some decisions are last minute and change is very frequent here. If that's not an environment that would suit you take it on board. The travel industry is a challenging one - if you're new to it, expect ups and downs and pressure in low season. Some systems are dated & tricky to get your head around. You need to be prepared to learn them and work with them.
