Pros

Friendly coworkers Weekly training Okay dispatchers (there never really are any)

Cons

Management will not take advice Favoritism is rampant (maintenance galore if they hate you) Became more sales pushy, and capacitors are $450+ White collar company and always "encouraged" to recommend a new system. Work culture is toxic Always will try to guilt trip you into working late (haven't gotten home til 12am on some days) White lies and things will change immediately - was promised to be able to see schedule and not have to run warranty calls and a set schedule, which was true for the first 2 months. Then started changing and had my work schedule/shift changed 3 times in 2 years

Short commute for me. Decent pay

Cons

They don't tell you in the interview that you might not work every day. It's essentially a part time job until just season.
