Pros

For a time management left us alone not micromanaging, allowing for flexibility. but that can also lead to cons like employees in the dark regarding processes and distrust of management since she had no clue what we were doing.

Cons

Had to guess what what wanted of you by management on a daily basis as she changed her mind when the wind changed. Also, no one in the company was happy. People were quitting on a monthly basis, and if they weren’t quitting they were getting fired at managements whim.

Pros

Great products, beautiful showroom, decent pay(but still not worth it). I don’t have anything else pro to say but have to use at least 20 words in this category to submit.

Cons

Everything the other reviewer said about this company. It is a very dysfunctional company. Owner is very secretive about sales numbers. There is no way to gage where you stand. Owner is very eccentric and out of it. She is extremely forgetful and temperamental. Needs to retire and let someone else run the company. Lots of drama. One of the worst experiences of my life. Will not pay you what is promised and on time. Has a shady lawyer on her payroll that bullies everyone that leaves. I’m pretty sure I have PTSD after working there! Benefits package and PTO is archaic. I quit the rollercoaster!
