Cons

When cbord joined we thought the collaboration was going to be good. Needless did we know they were planning the funeral for horizon employees. When they couldn’t fire us they found and nitpick everything we did. Clients were happy with the product and service. However internally it was a complete cluster. It is sad to see what those people at cbord have done. It use to be a great company. RIP

It seems there is an error: we are with Horizon Software - Trading platform technologies and not Horizon Software based in Duluth: a technology for food service operations. We don't have any offices at your location, we are only located in France, Canada, UAE, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapour. Pros

Good experience to learn about financial field and how it is organized good to learn how to be autonomous

Cons

bad support from workmate and company poor organisation almost all newcomers leave after their probation period

Thanks for sharing your feedback . The date of employment doesn’t appear clearly – what period are you referring to ? In one year – Feb2020 to Jan2021, there is only 2 departures during the probation period – one decided on our side – it means that 3 % of our newcomers resigned during the probation period ( 32 newcomers). We want to let you know that we improved drastically onboarding program and keep doing it . Don’t hesitate to share concrete practices for well-being of employees !
