Pros
Great bunch of capable people spoilt only by the attitude of one director. Really enjoyed working with them all and sad to leave.
Cons
Improving now due to appointment of excellent Sales Manager but the previously sales team and I were given too many solutions and too little direction which caused confusion and poor results.
