Good Care given, Lots of Training, High level of skills to work there. Would recommend to others, pay was about average.
Cons
Long Hours to much call, A few rude co-workers not really dealt with. Sometimes leadership was quick to jump you over things they heard before getting whole story.

Thank so much for your review! We are so glad to hear that you noticed our Patient First care philosophy while you were with us. We have made a lot of effort to provide additional training where needed to ensure that all colleagues can reflect one of our four core values - Competence.

Best work environment I've seen in healthcare. Everyone is friendly and works together. They also have a fantastic residency program for new grads.
Cons
As every place, they expect too much from staff and you may not feel supported by management. However I will say that my opinion is colored by me working night shift.
Clinical staff were great, lots of skills to be gained, building is clean and spacious, in and outdoor seating for lunch, cheap insurance compared to other local healthcare organizations
Cons
30 minute lunch, only one microwave and two lunch shifts for entire office, have to use your PTO when they are closed for holidays and in my opinion you do not get much time the first 5 years, the office manager at that time (no longer there) was difficult to be around, same responsibilities and workload as LPN and RN with much less pay of course
