      Some very intelligent individuals Lots of autonomy Large scope of problems to solve Great WLB, company doesn't like to pay OT so expect to not work more than 40 hours in a week

      Completely ineffective onboarding Offshoring and layoffs Underpaid given the scope of the work you're doing No growth or advancement
