Pros

No experience required. Possibility of working remote. Provides training.

Cons

Relatively low salary for this type of job. It is possible to earn more with upselling, but then you really have to push clients to buy the services. In the job description it is said that work hours are very flexible, but it is just a shift job, so it is not as flexible as it looks. Need to work with multiple clients at the same time (about 5), so it is hard to be customer-obsessive.
