After leaving the company, don’t expect to receive your last month’s salary or PF. Hotfoot has a pattern of not paying employees their hard-earned money. Employees are treated like expendable resources, expected to work late nights with no respect for personal time or well-being.
Management behavior is extremely unprofessional. Managers and the CEO speak politely only when it benefits them; otherwise, employees are treated poorly and with disrespect. Recognition is nonexistent unless the CEO personally receives praise from a client—only then does he acknowledge the employee who actually did the work.
Overall, this is a toxic workplace with poor ethics, zero accountability, and no respect for employees. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining.
