      The business is built culture-up. It is always in forward motion. The bar the leadership team set is high. People care with others, the work and the clients. Free snacks, flexible hours and open minded environment...

      Cons

      Startup growing and earning some bureaucracy. Some people are privileged. While some people laze around, others works overtime (not so unusual) with inappropriate wage.
