I am junior full stack developer, HouGarden support me in learning and it has a good business culture.

Small team but high pressure, not a typical NZ style

Good team atmosphere among colleagues — everyone bonded through shared struggles. The office is very nice.

A terrible CEO — arrogant, frequently humiliates and emotionally manipulates employees, with little basic respect. Some colleagues have been personally attacked multiple times and even reduced to tears. Poor management — constant last-minute changes and inconsistent decisions. Low pay, with salaries often delayed.
