- Good pay with excellent benefits - Excellent leadership - Fast paced - Good cross departmental idea and information sharing - Executives have great ideas and ask employees for input to ensure we are putting out the best products possible. - Everything is customer focused - They treat employees with respect and like family. - CEO and CSO are a great team and are passionate about putting out a product that best serves our customers and clients. - The executives repeatedly show that they have faith in the management team that they have built - The executives constantly say "we are building products to improve customers lives" as motivation for everything we do.

I can't think of any cons at this time. The company officers and senior managers have always treated my entire team and I with respect and gratitude for the products we build for the company.
