Pros
It is a well known brand name
Cons
They could not care less about their people. I was there for 9 months and was incredibly successful for the first 8 months. I struggled during my final month in April as I was struggling to adjust to working from home and COVID. Within 2 weeks, I was put on a performance plan. 2 weeks later, I was told I no longer had a job. During the performance plan, there was no clear structure as to what was expected of me or that there was any risk of me losing my job. I subsequently found out they did the same to 3 others in my team, despite being one of the best performing teams. I’ve never been treated this way in any other company I’ve worked at as I’ve always been highly commended in all previous roles, so was shocked to be treated this way by Zoopla. Personally, I feel this was an unfair dismissal but do not have the time nor energy to dispute it. I thought I was going to work for a reputable brand, how wrong I was. Give it some very serious consideration before deciding to work for such an organisation.
