Pros
It's a great place if you are good in your political and buttering skills. People generally don't expect you to work but not to hurt their ego. Mid-management level people suck big time but if you have good buttering skills you can get away without doing any work. Major Cons : 1. Its a party place, you have party almost thrice a week. Lunches goes on for 2 hours atleast. I don't know what exactly are the investors doing....but their money keeps on flowing on parties. 2. No need to work even 6 hours a day,Go their just pretend that you are working hard and hola!!!! you are a great add to the team. 3. It's great if you are in mid-management level. Mostly the senior management is clueless and confused. So you can fool them as much as you want !!!! 4. The best thing I found their in perspective of career development is that they have good internet connection which allows torrent. Hence you can use it to download courses and study them !!!! ( It's great add-on) 5. They pay you really well for small jobs that doesn't require any so much pay (Negotiate well, if you are joining the company, they will pay you at-least 60% above your current pay )
Cons
1. People are duffers and clueless. The only way people think that they can show value to senior management is by shooting others down. 2. Senior management is dumb enough to believe them. 3. Mid level managers are incompetent and know nothings about business and the worst part is they have been given full authority by senior management. 4. They are known to change contracts before firing people so that they don't have to pay extra compensation. PLEASE DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT READING IT. HR MIGHT SEEM FRIENDLY BUT IT'S NOT THE CASE. 5. Don't go their if you really want to learn something. It will do you more good by sitting and taking courses at home. They will destroy your profile. Freshers watch-out. They suck, big time.
