Pros

The Firm has a lot of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to put in the work. The offices are very nice and make it nice to come to work each day. The firm has breakfast catered for the employees every other week. Employees are paid well and are given yearly reviews and opportunities for bonuses. The benefits are amazing and unlike any I have seen with any other firm. The firm provides medical, dental and vision benefits for the employee and their entire family at no cost or very low cost to the employee. There is also a 401k matching plan and profit sharing for employees as well as a Firm paid life insurance plan. Employees are given 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick time when hired. The amount of vacation time given goes up after three years and again after five years. There is also a longevity bonus given to employees starting with their 5th year where the employees receive a longevity bonus equal to one week of pay. The bonus grows with one week of additional pay every five years worked. Attorneys are given flex time each month which can be used whenever they want. Employees are given 5 work from home days to use whenever they want.

Cons

In my opinion, the cons would be employees that do not give 100% or employees that do not put the client first. This puts the burden on others that are already giving 100% to pick up the slack.
