Pros
*Great opportunities to be cross-trained *Great benefits (PTO, 401k matching and excellent insurance) *Company is based on helping people and treating them like more like family as opposed to just another number (members AND employees)
Cons
*While you can switch roles and departments, there’s not much room to keep growing. This is almost a pro though because the management positions tend to have little turnover. *current processes could use some improvements
