Joining the analytical department was the mistake of my professional life. Horrendous workload and culture, Terrible team of directors and Senior directors, particularly those overseeing the analytical development department. Managers and Senior managers have virtually zero independence to make any decisions (I actually feel sorry for them on how they are completely micro managed). You do earn a relatively good salary for Portugal, but is is easy to have a good salary in Portugal considering the misery salaries in the country. The workload for the salary is ridiculous. If you do not fit the mold of what they think a good employee is, you will suffer regardless of your performance. Diversity is not valued and prejudice is rampant.
