The firm and the Partner's are 100% focused on doing great work for their clients. Which we do consistently. Also not afraid to mentor the consultants and help make them great over a long period of time. Very caring people across the board. Well run business. Amazing client list.

Work load can be super heavy at times or moderate and manageable at other times.. Ebbs and flows with what's going on in the market

Howard has been in the search business for a long time and is a wealth of knowledge. The majority of the people working here are further in their career (ie. they don't hire out of college) so the culture is more mature than many other recruiting firms.

No real plan for what happens after Howard's retirement. No diversity at the executive team level.
