The treatment of employees is awful. Mental health is not a focus, it's all about how much you can milk out of one person. Promotion is not fairly displayed it's just given to the person the managers likes the most. The dress code is so old fashioned for men! Shirt tie black trousers even in 30 degree heat! I have seen colleagues in tears because of how they are treated. The turn over is ridiculous, I have been here 5 years and seen at least 25 people leave.... that is not normal. being severely under staffed during a very busy period has clearly taken its toll and I have watched people's passion/desire for the job die. I loved this job when I first joined. I learnt so much and progressed through my own hard work and determination! this place has mentally drained me and making that journey in every day is a constant battle! I know this review will be overlooked and responded with we take mental health very seriously and career progression happens all the time. I'm telling you from my perspective it does not! I really hope this review helps in someway or someone. please do better
