      Close to home and decent pay

      Cons

      HR completely out of touch with reality, no forgiveness for any mistakes and treat their employees with total and complete disrespect! The reports against supervision for sexual harassment, favoritism (creating a hostile work environment) and straight up bullies are rarely/never addressed!

      The company will not last long. There's no talent retention. It's a revolving door of employees.

      Cons

      It's a waste of time. Most employees received 2% Pay increases while management and leadership cheered record numbers, profits, and productivity.
