Great people, great culture, interesting technical challenges

High workload, difficult industry for funding

Incredible time to join, there's so much to do and so much impact to be had. It feels like we're on the precipice of something truly amazing. Everyone genuinely cares about the success of their colleagues, it's a very supportive environment. We all work really hard and have fun doing it. The office is brilliant and Hoxton Farms has created a space that's really welcoming and collaborative not to mention the state of the art lab's onsite in the middle of London!

So far there's not that many! With all start ups at this stage there's change and this can happen quite quickly but it's always implemented with the best possible outcomes for the business and the team.
