      Pros

      Good environment, good pay. What else can I say? It's the best tech company in China. The promotion chance is great here, so hard work does pay-off, but if you really want to start your own company some day, it may not be the best choice for you, as the networking is not a big plus here.

      Cons

      No great perks. Some overtime work.
