Pros
Started off my career with this company as a fresher. Compensation is high as compared to other product-based companies. Huge on-site opportunities and that too for longer duration. Good quality of trainings on project level. Can become expert in technology within 6 months. Very process oriented company.
Cons
No at all work-life balance. Even managers and leads expect you to work for more than 12-14 hours at least.
