1. No work life balance. You will always spend most of your time in office. 2. Management here is very poor. They expect you to slog 12 hrs daily. 3. No work from home or any such facility. 4. You have to maintain 9 hrs average in month. 5. You have to punch before 10 am and after 5 pm daily. 6. Chinese culture is bad. 7. Managers will always try to find ways for you such that you will stay late nights. 8. Only join if you have no options anywhere else and get out after 1 year. 9. Don't join if you are from tier-1 college, they don't deserve you.
