Pros
Huawei Industrial design depart is a really nice place for designers. It has abundant resources for R & D(which also means as a designer, you get paid relatively well), strong design teams, and quite an open environment for exchanging different ideas and learning new things.
Cons
It is a BIG company ( more than 200,000 employees). Sometimes you may find yourself being nothing more than a "screw."
