*On the topic of opportunity to learn, I will rate Huawei Ghana a five star. *Good supervision, sometimes more like holding hands. *More projects in the Ghanaian market than most competitors, thus you are a bit secure. *Very decent work environment which is ITIL compliant, in my case a customer premises
Cons
* Biggest negative is very low wages, sometimes injurious to the profession and industry. *Very high work load and pressure, more like inherent to this industry * Below standard human resource management. * Operates sometimes like black market, you can do more and earn less
