Hub4Leaders is a good way to start your career, they take people in fresh out of university and you learn quickly how to function within a business. The teams are well interconnected and you have a good say in what the business produces. The office is in a good part of macclesfield with nice amenities near by as well as good walks go on during lunch hours

the politics within the company ruin it. Upper management actively distance themselves from other workers and cost of living pay rises are few and far between. Promotions and career progression are not there due to small team sizes, and when they are it is at face value only and you won't get anything for the added work load. The management team also dismiss any criticism as an attack on the company and not as a way to improve.

- Middle management is amazing and incredibly supportive without micromanaging - The work is very interesting, with a good work-life balance and distribution of workload - The products are great and it is easy to be proud to work on them - Supportive culture with regard to professional development - Clear progression structure in certain departments - Great hours - Good work events - Company mostly takes great care of its employees - You get great feedback and appraisal on your performance and plenty of support to complete your probationary period and ensure you’re doing well.

- Pay is not great, particularly proportionate to the quality of the work from the staff. It is a small company, though. - There is a noticeable lack of diversity in the company. That being said, it is the best company I’ve worked for and I would definitely recommend.
