Seriously not good for work - Technical Solutions Engineer HubBroker Employee Review

Not professional growth. No bonus. Heavy political environment. Leave policy is very bad they give 20 annual leave but when we apply never accept. No flexibility in timing. Not giving good salary increment it's only 10% and sometimes less that it. Team leader are not well qualified they all are good only in buttering. Never do fair decision always do favouritism. Girls always priority if they are not qualified then also. Not technical growth as well financially.
