Pros
Great hourly team that want to succeed along with a few in the management team. The offices are always nicely decorated and some even have carpet!
Cons
No long term vision for the plant, very short sighted unrealistic goals with no plan of how to achieve them, upper management is totally disconnected from the manufacturing operation and change their mind and direction frequently, the work - life balance is awful with the expectation to support the plant 24-7.
