Very low pay and unprofessional atmosphere. Supervisors lack any sort of supervisory characteristics and leadership skills. Equiptment is not properly maintained and dangerous and no formal training programs are implicated to operate them. Building isn't properly ventilated and often clouded with dark smoke as well as unseen gasses. Supervisors are quick to blame employees for mistakes which are a direct result from lack of training. No outlined career path and no opertunities for advancement. Employees are not valued and the turn over rate is very high.
