Pros
The pros was I had a very good crew and I would still work with this company had a lot of good values and taught me to look for every little thing that needs cleaned in every little corner.
Cons
I worked for a franchise and they started out really sweet and after about 2 weeks started calling me daily to cuss me out about things that was and was not my fault or things that would fall under me as a manager. Then one would call me all through out the day and the other would come cuss me on their lunch break about things had nothing to do with the company. The huddle house brand is awsome but they was impossible.
