There are good co-workers here. In fact, this business is successful because of the people who work here. Good workers in the design lab and project management. Thats where it ends.

The owner if this company has an atrocious reputation in the industry. His reputation is true. It is not hearsay. He will do anything and everything to get what he wants and has not problem screwing people over. The managers who last in this company are the ones who have no character or integrity. The owner of this company is the virus himself and cannot be trusted - not with you as a contributing employee or with your customers. He will find ways to stick it your clients all the time.

Interesting client base, and project variety. Highly skilled team of designers, CSR's and sales.

Since the sale of the company a few years ago the culture has gone from inclusive to divisive. The original staff that once defined the core values were drained of their enthusiasm, many laid off, fired or felt they had to leave due to the toxic environment.
