The design, graphics, industrial, Project Management and estimating departments are amazing. Very good at what they do. They have some great tools for sales reps, a proprietary system for their clients, a phenomenal management team.

There's no raises, no cost of living increases and the compensation is under industry standard. As a small sales rep, all the accounts are spoke n for and there is favoritism among the sales team which makes it even harder to grow business.

Interesting client base, and project variety. Highly skilled team of designers, CSR's and sales.

Since the sale of the company a few years ago the culture has gone from inclusive to divisive. The original staff that once defined the core values were drained of their enthusiasm, many laid off, fired or felt they had to leave due to the toxic environment.
