Really interesting equipment and places you get sent. They are good about sending you to classes and certifications courses for working offshore/maritime.

Zero schedule predictability, don’t know when you’ll be sent on a job and for how long, symptom of the field service job but can still be frustrating. Also lacking a formal training program or any real thought into which jobs the “new guys” will be sent on so you miss out on getting exposed to certain types of repairs or troubleshooting.

Everyone there is very nice to work with and willing to help you when needed.

Very disorganized, no set procedures, puts a lot of work on employees by not replacing team members that leave. Upper management needs to be changed.
