Pros

You will get very good knowledge base working here regarding investments, will get to deal with high ranking Army officers and also to manage HNIs. No sales, no work pressure, no over timing.

Cons

The COO of the company is very cheap and so is her mindset. She never misses her chance to bring up tiny issues related to water and loo etc. Their mindset is very low and they start treating their employees badly once they get to know that he/she is going to complete his/her one year in the company. This they do because they have to appraise salary and also if someone completes one full year then only they will get their first month salary back. They keep employees first month salary with them. Everyone in the company right from Operations and Admin dept to Planners hates this lady. She is rude even in giving leaves to employees which they are eligible to. Many good planners with great knowledge has left the company on an immediate basis due to their non sense attitude. They irritate so much that one has to leave the organisation without giving notice and even giving up his/her one month salary because it's their policy to give back first month's salary on completion of one year. Would recommend not to join this company until and unless you are ready to gain knowledge with full humiliation.

I am sure the issues that troubled you were around the administration related policies which the COO must have underlined at times. We very much value all the feedback we receive for our Company and are constantly working on all possible ways to enhance Team Member benefits. The HR team is incorporating the best of appraisal norms as we are very much inclined to retain everyone who has joined us and is constantly engaged with us to support our mission. There is no other way we work or would ever like to work. I am afraid the feedback given by you is individualistic as the problems seem personal but I would also mention that our COO has played a catalytic role in building up the company from a scratch over these seven years and has contributed sincerely to the best of her capabilities. We are sure, everyone who has joined our team is very well deserving and we are regularly working on their professional development through the best practices of Team Member engagement, learning & development. Cons

Like any growing organization, there are areas where we can continue to improve. Communication can sometimes be challenging, especially when it comes to aligning departmental goals.
